Regular meetings (see IV 6.3 and table IV-1) will be held to mentor and monitor tenure-track faculty in their progress toward tenure and advancement in rank. In their second year of appointment, individual faculty will meet with the relevant Dean, the department chair, a representative from the relevant Faculty Development Committee or Promotion and Tenure Committee, and a representative from the relevant Promotion and Tenure Committee if the unit has a separate Faculty Development Committee. All scheduled individual meetings are outlined in Table IV-1, Section IV.6.3.
