Student ID Cards
All students will be issued a student body card free of charge at the beginning of the school year that is expected to last throughout the student’s entire enrollment. These cards serve as official identification of Linfield students and must be carried at all times. They must be shown to University staff upon request. ID cards will be worn/displayed while in the non-residential buildings on campus.
In McMinnville, Students will need the card to do the following: get into campus academic buildings, enter and utilize the campus dining facility (Dillin), gain residence hall access, attend athletic events, use in the bookstore, library, computer lab, HHPA, Recreation Complex, and attend ASLU events. Pictures for new cards are taken in Cozine 101, from 8 am to 5 pm, except during the noon hour. If a student body card is lost a new card can be obtained at the LPS office. The first replacement card is free, subsequent replacement cards will cost $25. Portland Nursing Students who are living on the McMinnville Campus must also get a McMinnville Student ID Card to have access to McMinnville buildings.
In Portland, Students will need the card to do the following: get into campus buildings, including the library and computer labs. According to the School of Nursing Image Professional Dress policy, Linfield nursing students must have visible their ID badge while participating in clinical experiences or events/classes in the ELC. If a Student ID card is lost a new card can be obtained from Linfield Public Safety in Building 1. The first replacement card is free, subsequent replacement cards will cost $25.
