Use of sidewalk chalk must be pre-approved by the Student Activities Office in McMinnville or the Student Life Office in Portland and must also identify the sponsoring organization. Chalk must be removed by the organization within a 24-hour period. Failure to remove chalk will result in a fine of up to $25 per day until it is removed. Each eligible group may sidewalk chalk only once per semester.
