Sales and Solicitations

Linfield prohibits on campus sales, in any form, of goods or services not contracted for or by the University, ASLU, or their officially recognized clubs and organizations. All authorized vendors must be registered and be approved by the Director of Student Activities in McMinnville or the Student Life Office in Portland

Every vendor must be sponsored by a Linfield department or organization. The sponsoring organization or vendor may seek approval by filling out the Linfield University Vendor Registration Form.

Upon approval, the Office of Student Activities must approve the time and location of the visit and/or sale. No sales or solicitations may be done door to door.

Any Linfield organization may sponsor only one such sale per academic year. The vendor must post a sign at the point of sale indicating the sponsoring organization.
